Author Visit with Max Brallier

Max Brallier is a #1 New York Times bestselling author. He is the author of more than fifty books for children and adults, including The Last Kids on Earth, The Last COMICS on Earth, Eerie Elementary, Mister Shivers, and Galactic Hot Dogs. He won an Emmy Award as a writer and executive producer for Netflix’s adaptation of The Last Kids on Earth. Max lives in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter. He writes a lot, reads a lot, plays too many video games, watches too many movies, and eats too many nachos.

Entry Guidelines: Enter your original poems (30 lines or fewer) at any MCDL location or email to poetryproject@mcdl.info. Please include title of work, your name, phone or email, and age category (12 & under, 13-17, 18 & up).

We are seeking proposals for workshops as well as applications for author tables and volunteering at the 2nd annual Medina Book Fest on October 3, 2026. The deadline for proposals is March 23. View event details and access the applications.
